Imagine a herd of cows driven by a handful of cowboys. Imagine the sound is so real that you can almost smell the dust being raised. Now this is not merely a dream anymore. z.matrix, the surround-panning-tool for SONIC CORE DSP systems, opens up a new dimension of sound design to your event- and theater-productions. z.matrix enables you to flexibly pan up to 16 sound sources between up to 16 loudspeakers - live or in the studio. Sources as well as loudspeakers can be freely positioned and moved. This can be done by mouse or - with any given sequencer or controller - via MIDI. In addition to many other features, z.matrix also offers a grouping function, a doppler-effect and distance dependent volume automation.
